rbterm shell scripts
Plain shell files. Install them on your own machine and on the servers you ssh into.
Shell integration (prompt marks + cat images and audio)

Then cat photo.jpg shows the image in your rbterm pane and cat song.mp3 gives you a player. Text and pipes are unchanged. RBTERM_CAT_PLAIN=1 turns it off.
